On Sunday, October 21, we decided to take advantage of an advertising invitation from the Saffron Lyubimovsky farm and visit the saffron festival, which will bring together all the eminent chefs of Ukraine who will show us a master class on cooking saffron dishes.

Transcarpathia has long been our favorite holiday destination in the Carpathian region. This is the most beautiful nature, a very mild climate, the gentle sun, the most tolerant population of western Ukraine, local color and humor, and it's also delicious bograch, banosh and potato pancakes!
