Bad hotel, maximum 1 star
The selected hotel did not match either its stars (3+) or the declared services. The manager persistently suggested a hotel of a higher class, but she was not led well, since neither 5 stars nor a lower hotel class guarantees check-in on time and advertised services (as can be seen from the reviews).

Never buy tours from them if you want to save your nerves and money and relax. Extremely dirty offices. Follow legal precedents. This is just a tiny part of the negative reviews on the Internet. Manager Reutova Svetlana from 1001-tour (Taganka) sold me a tour to Paphos for the May holidays: April 29 - May 6, 2018.
