The rooms are clean. Cleaning daily. All inclusive meals are ideal. There is no Turkish abundance, but everything is very tasty and the dishes change. Especially tasty is the lunch, two types of perfectly cooked meat and salads with olives. The fish was 3 times perfectly tasty in passivation. Every dish has its own sauces. And of course Cypriot wine. Haven't tried beer. I also liked the Uzi-Cypriot anise vodka, similar to Turkish rakka. Once there was a disco and it was conducted by the legendary member of the Beach Boys group. The program, of course, was tailored for the British, but it turned out super. Even the language remembered became friends for the next time. Ours are mostly very squeezed, alas.... Don't be like that! Smile more and more often and learn at least a dozen words and phrases in English and everything will be great. All staff speaks good Russian. Bus one and a half oiro to the beach 611 and 618. On coral beach the same one and a half oyro but better at 615 from makdach. And to makdach from the hotel 12 minutes, yards after the alpha bank to the left 200 meters and then picturesque alleys down the shortest road. You can also change your way back, as the quarters are almost square and the lanes are very picturesque with excellent gardens. 20 tyr for all inclusive for a week plus 20 oyro for basses and 35 for every small bastard like olives for forty rubles and olive soap for 35 cents handmade. I didn’t go to the count’s ruins, because the ruin itself and copulation in a public place is punishable, and even after sitting with Phaselis somehow he doesn’t mind paying oiro for this occupation

The staff is conservative and lazy: the bedding slipped torn, it was probably from the opening, well, the conservatives, also the furniture on the day of arrival found broken handles near the closet, the guy at the bottom answered that there was nothing to worry about, he made it himself the same way and tightened the furniture screws so that the chairs would not fled. The cutters were repaired on the third day after persistent indignation, I didn’t hear for good (out of 4.1 worked)
Responsiveness was distinguished by one girl working at the bottom, the reception, and the kitchen workers suggested that where in their city.
The hotel itself is small, if half of the guests go to the pool there will not be enough places for everyone. There was no refrigerator in the room, goodbye cool water and other cool foods.
I'm no expert, but there are obviously a lot of stars.

Refrigerator, kettle with cups was not - it's all for a fee. The air conditioning worked in a strange way, with a fixed operating time and was not rebuilt. Apparently, they were specially turned off centrally so that people would not freeze in the rooms and waste electricity, which is very expensive in Cyprus - not to introduce the hotelier into unnecessary expenses. Regarding water - as many as 2 stickers in the bathroom so that people turn off the taps, since water is also expensive. In general, it would be better not to settle at all, only to pay! ?

We are resting with our son in the hotel Agapinor mountains. Paphos Cyprus, according to the Tez Tour package.
In the afternoon 21.10. 16 at the lobby, a waiter named Ivan began to be rude and rude.
I received a reasonable remark in response: stop being rude and go to work, mind your own business.
He grabbed on and did not let open one of the curtains on the window.
They began to be rude in a mixed English-local language.
Disassemble nothing.
I contacted the front desk. A girl who speaks Russian began to intercede for him, that he has a meager salary, call your tour operator.
The waiter did not let up, came to the reception area and began to rush at me, became even more rude and rude. That even another receptionist who did not speak Russian stood between us and tried to reason with the waiter, calling him Ivan.
A representative of Tez Tour came, heard about the scandal and disappeared into the back of the hotel. What could she do?
The receptionist, speaking Russian, said that she would call the owner of the hotel now and he would sort it out.
She asked me to sit and wait.
I told her that if no apologies were made to me, I would demand a replacement of the hotel.
"Wait and sit" went on for a long time. Neither the owner of the hotel reacted, nor the waiter apologized, nor the representative of Tez Tour showed up. I had to pack my things and leave the room.
Sat, waited until 0 o'clock in the morning. No reaction.
The boorish waiter walks all evening and looks haughtily in our direction. I don't think he even noticed.
As it became clear, the Agapinor hotel is not focused on working with Russians from Russia.
At the Russian Tourist Information Center we were told that hotels accepting Russians from Russia are required to have staff who speak Russian.
Here from 15 o'clock to 0 o'clock in the morning no one else showed the rules of decency to us.
We moved from the lobby lobby, the staff put our things in the luggage vestibule.
We handed over the keys to the room.
We were not prevented from eating. The toilet for us is now only on the dining room floor.
As a result, part of our vacation was spoiled for us. The waiter is jubilant. Agapinor's staff is calm. Russians are not respected here.
The evening receptionist does not speak Russian.
Dead end?
I ask you to conduct an investigation, film a video camera - how rude and rude, the waiter threatens and almost rushes into a fight.
I ask you to oblige the Agapinor Hotel to reimburse me for the cost of the lost vacation and compensate for moral damages for rudeness and mockery "sit down, wait. "
We have been waiting since 15:00. It's 0 am now. We now live in the foyer.

Friends!
Resting with her son in hotel, Agapinor mountains. Paphos, Cyprus on a package tour company TEZ Tour.
Day 21.10. 16 at the lobby was rude and rude waiter named Ivan.
Received in response to a reasonable point: stop being rude and go to work, do their work.
He grabbed and not allowed to open one of the curtains on the window.
Began to be rude in English-the local language.
You can't see anything.
I asked at the reception. The girl speaking the Russian language, began to stand up for him that he had a meager salary, call your tour operator.
The waiter did not let up, came to the reception area and began to rush at me, became even more rude and rude. Even another member of reception who does not speak Russian, was between us and tried to reason with the waiter, calling him Ivan.

We sat and waited until 0 o'clock in the morning. There was no response.
Waiter-ham goes all night and proudly looks in our direction. He, I think, even the comment did not.
As it became clear the hotel Agapinor not designed to work with the Russians from Russia.
Russian tourist information center we were told that the hotels are taking the Russian out of Russia, are required to have staff, explained in Russian language.
But with 15 hours to 0 hours of the night to us no one showed common decency.
We moved from the lobby of the lobby of our stuff the staff put in the vestibule for Luggage.
The keys to the rooms we passed.
For dinner we did not interfere. Toilet for we are now only on the floor of the dining room.
The result - we were spoilt holiday. The waiter prevails. Staff Agapinor calm. Russian is not respected.
Evening administrator does not speak Russian.
A dead end?
Please investigate, remove the entry video camera - how rude and rude, threatening and almost rushes to fight the waiter.
Asking to oblige the hotel Agapinor to reimburse me for the cost of lost recreation and to compensate moral harm for rudeness and bullying "sit and wait".

The chef is a great connoisseur of his craft! Special thanks to him! In the evenings, musicians and Greek dancers perform in the hotel bar and on the terrace, there is karaoke - you won't be bored. All these pluses speak of the competent work of the hotel manager, for which he also wants to express gratitude! I will recommend this hotel to all my friends. If possible, next year we will come to rest only in this hotel!
I would also like to note the excellent work of the tour operator ICS travel group. From the moment of ordering a tourist voucher to the moment of arrival home from vacation, everything was organized by them very clearly and professionally. Thank you very much for this! Now we will try to use only their services.

I still regret that I spent so little time in Cyprus. Reviews of tourists about what places you can visit yourself were very helpful. For those who are interested, I can tell you in detail how to get there by bus and see the most popular places in Paphos and its environs - Aphrodite's Bay, the monastery of St. Neophytos, archaeological museum, medieval fort, Coral Bay beach, Adonis baths and much more. If possible, it is better to rent a car! Be sure to visit the "Traditional Cypriot evening" with the travel agency "Ruslan Travel". You will never forget such a night! (I posted a review, my admiration and gratitude on the agency's website). But all these beauties are not perceived without the Cypriots!
I will not write standard phrases from the hotel "Agapinor, 3 *"
Yes, this is a city hotel; yes, very far from the sea; yes, the room was not always cleaned with high quality - but after all, a lot has already been written about this, I believe that this is not always the most important thing! A good room with a beautiful panoramic view from the balcony of the sea, the city and the hospitality of the hotel staff did their job!
The hotel has some kind of peace in everything, silence and tranquility!
Thanks to the administrator Boyko (Bob), the restaurant waitress Marina and the chef, you feel at home! Thank you guys for your love and care! The owner of the hotel can be proud of you!
Every Wednesday at the hotel bar - an evening with national Cypriot dances, and on Sunday at the restaurant - Carvery Night. Very tasty and interesting!
The bright sun, warm sea, splendor and romantic mood of Paphos gave me unforgettable moments!

We rested at the hotel from July 25 to August 8. We arrived at the hotel at 12-30, the administrator registered us, but did not give the keys - she said that the rooms were not ready, and asked to wait until 14-00. Yes, we know that according to the rules of most hotels, check-in starts at 14-00, and tourists must vacate the rooms at 12, but this is the first time we have encountered this rule in this hotel.
When we were given the keys and allowed into our rooms, we were pleasantly surprised that we were given a Seaview even though we had a Cityview voucher.
The room has a hair dryer, a safe (20 euros for 14 days), paid air conditioning (did not use). Our room had a door to the next room, but the soundproofing is good - we didn't hear anything. When you turn on the light in the bathroom, the ventilation turns on, only it is so weak that the bathroom is always hot and very humid. In general, clean and tidy, we do not pay attention to minor flaws.
The use of the refrigerator in the hotel is chargeable. When we went down to the reception to rent a refrigerator, we were told that it costs 7 euros per day and will be free (the administrator looked somewhere in the magazines)... in 2 days (!!! ).
Breakfast is like everywhere else. Fine.
Dinners are something. Their chef is a future Michelin star! Really! The buffet itself is not very large, but everything that was offered there was simply impossible to resist. There was so much meat! . . And pork, and beef, and chicken. Very tasty, with fragrant sauces and mouth-watering side dishes, original salads and incomparable desserts. Even if you choose another hotel to stay, I recommend you go here for dinner (approx. 20 euros).
The waitresses are brisk, smiling and friendly. A couple of times I treated my daughter to ice cream.
At the reception we saw 3 administrators. Only one speaks Russian, Alika, it seems. There is also Joe. An eccentric elderly choleric with very fast speech, active gestures and those manners! I think that even native English speakers do not understand everything he says. We understood him only by individual words. Often chews gum or smokes at the exit to the pool (a couple of meters from the reception). Not shy in expressions, sometimes rude.
Aug 3, Saturday. It turned out that there were 11 of us such "Labyrinthians" in the hotel, incl. 2 children. After breakfast, we were invited to the reception, and Alika said that we had to pay another 50 euros or we had to leave the hotel at 11-40, because those 50 were yesterday's pay. We have paid. After that, we were told that today is the last day at this price - tomorrow we will have to pay 70 euros, and if we want to keep dinner, then another 22 euros. Total 92 euros per day.
When I asked where these prices come from, Alika said, “Well, my dear, August. ” We started asking questions:
- How much does Labyrinth pay for tourists - 50 euros;
- Why then should we pay 70 - because now you are private clients, as if you came from the street;
- Why from the street - we have a reservation for two weeks in advance - the hotel did not receive money for your stay;
- We are resting in Cyprus for the second week. Labyrinth to you that, till now has not paid for our stay? - Yes;
- Labyrinth pays with deferred payment? Daily? - Not;
- So where did you get the idea that our stay is not paid! Moreover, today is Saturday, a day off - you can’t even take a bank statement to confirm the absence of payment - This is a private hotel! The owner decides what to do!
From that day on, the maids stopped cleaning our rooms - they said that we were excluded from the lists. The waitresses are no longer friendly. Two ladies from our group were deprived of lunch, right during dinner they took away plates of food and cut off their bracelets.
4 August, Sunday In the morning we were told that we had time until 11-40 to either pay 70 euros for the day or leave the hotel. And three of them: a lady with a child and a young man, who arrived later than the others, must pay 450 and 350 euros respectively, i. е. fully pay for your entire voucher. The rest are tomorrow. We again demanded a bank statement in order to make sure that there was no payment. Alika said that NOBODY will show you ANYTHING. "Either you pay or I call the police. " We asked to invite the owner of the hotel, Alika said that he was very busy and could not come. We refused to pay, and defended those three. Alika left, called somewhere. And the owner of the hotel came to us, already from the 2nd floor of the hotel!
He swore, referred to the laws, according to which he can generally put us all out on the street without any talk, shouted at Alika, and cursed again. He threatened with the police - we agreed to it, and asked, together with the police, to invite our Consul and the press. He again yelled at Alika in Greek and said that today we all pay another 50, but only until tomorrow. Went back to the second floor.
August 5, Monday In the morning, when we all gathered to go to the Consulate of the Russian Federation, we were told that we should return by 11-20 and pay all our vouchers in full. In our particular case, this is 600 euros, plus the 100 that have already been paid.
When we arrived at the Consulate, it turned out that they heard about the Labyrinth and Orenburg Airlines somewhere from the news, but no one turned to them for help. We were listened to carefully. The consul said that they have no right to evict us as long as we have a hotel reservation. They took copies of our passports and sent our data to Tourist Assistance in order to organize our evacuation to Russia. The consul himself, for a long time, had telephone conversations with the owner of the hotel. The owner said that the stay of tourists in the hotel is paid to him by check, and now it is not known whether this check will be accepted or not. We again pointed out that many of us live in a hotel for 9-12 days, and we assume that our accommodation has been paid for a long time. The negotiations went on for a long time. After some time, the consul entered the office and said that the following agreements had been reached with the owner of the hotel:
1. The owner is waiting for us at the hotel reception, where he will provide us with documents confirming that the hotel has not been paid by our side.
2. Tourists will pay separately every day for 50 euros (breakfast dinner) until the moment of evacuation. No 70 euros and full payment of the voucher.
After 20-30 minutes we were at the hotel. The owner was not there. We were asked to wait 15 minutes. And lo and behold!! ! After 5 minutes, Alika simply told us that our stay at the hotel was fully Paid and returned the money to us! But still, those 3 tourists who arrived later were required to pay their entire voucher! We contacted the Consulate again. As a result, the Consul told the tourists not to pay a penny, packed their suitcases and waited for information. An hour later, the consulate placed them in a small cozy family hotel on the next street for 50 euros per day.
After all this, they did not even apologize to us. When, after all the clarifications, 2 ladies from our group asked to compensate for their dinners (with checks of 10 euros), the administrator angrily said that they should not contact her with such a trifle.
What else do I have to say. We had a chance to talk to Labyrinth tourists from other hotels in Paphos town. Only tourists from Kefalonissos paid for their voucher (450 euros, if I'm not mistaken), as they themselves said later, only because they had no one to consult with. And tourists from VENUS and DIONYSOS heard about problems with hotels only in the news. Their hotels not only did not disturb them, but they also said, they say, the unforeseen happened - we understand.
P. S. We take this opportunity to express our gratitude to the staff of the Consulate of the Russian Federation in Paphos for informational, legal, moral and just human support! Thanks!
