Good afternoon, Were in the hotel 07/24/2017-07/31/2017. ALI BABA PALACE (HURGADA) Family, 2 adults, 2 children (4 years old, 13 years old) A Family Room was reserved, upon arrival they received an indifferent refusal (in the form we don’t know anything) and received 2 Standard Rooms (5785.5786). At the same time, the tour operator in advance (2 weeks) made a request and confirmed the reservation of the Family Room.
