Terrible attitude towards tourists
We bought a package tour in Rubi hotel 5 * (Alanya). As we found out upon arrival, the hotel is fundamentally different from the category declared on the Anekstura website. The rooms are critically neglected (mold, dampness and rust in the bathroom, the stink of the old carpet, lack of cleaning in general). When they asked a separate guide from Anekstur to assist in the resettlement, he said that he would not do anything until he was told about it from the central office (and we thought that a separate guide was supposed to help tourists in the hotel, and not wait for the Central Office from the office!).

Lovely hotel
I rested in this hotel in May 2018 with a large company of friends and acquaintances (24 people). Everyone, without exception, enjoyed it very much. This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel and I want to come back again and again.

Super hotel!
One of the best hotels I have stayed in for 10 years. Everything was impressive: the sea, the location, the kitchen, the rooms, the attitude of the staff. I would love to go there again!

Correspondence of the price - quality.
Liked the hotel. The service is good (the staff is attentive and pleasant), the rooms are clean and comfortable, cleaning is daily. The kitchen is unpretentious, but you won't leave hungry.

Unforgettable memories
I liked it very much! Hotel charm! A lot of greenery, the territory is stylized in the spirit of an old Turkish city. attentive and caring staff (more than once with breakfast I received a rose as a gift to cheer up).
