short: 1. sold an expensive tour at the hotel, painted it as a mega ultra super duper. I didn’t want to go, but like a sucker I bought into beautiful fairy tales. in practice - a completely different tour and of poor quality. I tried to complain during the tour - they say we don't know anything, all claims are against the hotel guide. I complain to the hotel guide - he says: I did not promise you anything.
