Good hotel, lovely hosts and tavern staff
I am very glad that I came to this hotel. Despite the fact that I was afraid because of the numerous unpleasant reviews, it turned out that I neglected them. They are written either by evil and nasty people, or by those who think they are very dofiga.

Close to the sea, spacious balcony, no service
Italy, Rimini, Cattolica: the Tez Tour manager in Moscow did not warn us about the need to have 60 euros with us on the last day of the trip, but it turned out that we had to pay them for the daily accommodation tax + "final cleaning".

A good holiday despite the poor work of the tour operator
Feedback on the work of Tez Tour. Unsatisfactory. I bought 2 vacation tickets in September in the office at the Park of Culture in Moscow. 1 - Dominican Republic, Punta Cana: the manager in Moscow did not warn us about the need to have cash with us, but it turned out that we had to pay for a visa at the airport - $10. I think this is unfair on the part of the ticket seller: I have "all inclusive", there might not have been any cash at all.
