Worst and most disgusting travel agent ever!!! 1. when we arrived at the airport in Egypt, we were met by the guide of the Join up tour operator and reported the following news, supposedly our hotel, which we booked was full and there were no places and we would have to settle in another hotel! which we did not agree, but the guide persuaded and said that there was no way out and they would put us in another one! until we started a scandal and almost everything came to a fight, we were brought to our hotel Sonesta Pharaoh! Upon arrival, it turned out that the hotel was half empty and a lot of free rooms! it turns out that they first clog worse hotels in this way (we were later told so in secret by one of the guides) !!! but the most interesting was at the end of the holiday! We were not warned at the hotel on the day of departure that the charter was postponed 2 hours earlier and the join up bus did not pick us up to take us to the airport, although we gave the vouchers to the guide upon arrival and filled out applications for the day of departure !!!! in general, we took a taxi to the airport and arrived half an hour before departure, our registration was over! we found a representative of the join up travel agency, explained the situation to him, to which he replied to us "buy tickets for the next flight" !!!! in general, until we turned to the airport management and thank God they understood us and we flew away on our flight with grief in half !!!! I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HORRIBLE JOIN UP TOUR OPERATOR!!!!.
