We came to the company in the lakes on December 9, chose a tour to the UAE on December 20, paid the entire amount at once. The next day we handed over all the documents for a visa. They promised to give all the documents for the trip in one day, that is, on December 19th. As a result, on December 19, we were told that we could pick up the documents at 18.
