Excellent guest house. More pros than cons.
Excellent guest house. Quiet location, great rooms. Own cafe with good food. Gorgeous view from the balcony to Koktebel and mountains. To the sea 8-10 minutes on foot, to the water park 4-5 minutes, to the central market 10 minutes.
