I liked the company, but the hotel let us down (
First time using this company on a friend's recommendation. We would not have dared ourselves, because we had a proven tour operator, but his prices were higher. Everything is thought out very well, managers help in choosing a hotel, but it is impossible to foresee everything. We were not lucky - the hotel, which looked so wonderful in the photos on its website, in fact seemed to be a Soviet hotel - the panels are cracking, the shower is leaking, it is blowing from the window, the carpet is worn out in the corridor.
