Dirty, cold, smoky, Wi-Fi only in the lobby.
Checked in on 12/30/14. Looked number "elite. " From Elite it has one name. Smoky room, trampled carpet, warm radiators and through windows. "Business" was not watched, but by the expression on the administrator's face, it was not worth spending time on this.
