I want to add information to my review about a trip to Vietnam. In October I bought a tour and in January it turned out that the hotel was not paid for by the travel agency, we settled for our own money. In Moscow, I was forced to turn to the management of the Grand Tour, which accepted my claim and promised to compensate my expenses. A week later, the management decided to pay for my actual holiday expenses and moral costs.

Good hotel
The hotel met our expectations. The hotel is green, the breakfast is good, the beach is clean, sandy, there are no waves, strangers do not swim. Live music in the evenings.

Grand Tour Voyage cheats tourists
On October 2, 2015, I bought a tour to Phu Quoc at the Grand Tour Voyage on Belorusskaya, having arrived at the hotel in Phu Quoc, which I paid for, I could not check in. I had no reservation and no payment. Outside on January 7, 2016, the Rostourism hotline is not responding. I am offered to pay the full cost of the stay at the hotel. Gentlemen, you are deceiving tourists! The manager Taranina Nadezhda participated in the fraud that works on Belorusskaya in the Grand Tour Voyage, after she learned from me that tourists on the street no longer pick up the phone.
