Talking on the phone with the director?
A month ago, we contacted the Menorah company, they were interested in a weekend tour. Picked up, left an advance payment. Departure next Sunday. A couple of days later they called - the group did not pick up. "What to do?" we ask. "Your trip is postponed to next Sunday," was the reply. The answer was a man who did not introduce himself. The next Sunday we were surprised to learn that the departure will take place (and will it take place?) clearly according to their schedule, that is, in a couple of weeks.
