Terrible tour operator, would not recommend to anyone
The tour was purchased in your company, 100% paid. Received confirmation of the reservation of the Be Family A, Side Sea View room at the Be Grand Resort 5 * hotel from 02/08/2020 to 09/08/2020 for 5 people (3 of which are children). The hotel was chosen based on the presence of a large water park on site. Upon arrival at Antalya Airport, our family was sent to the above hotel without being accompanied by a representative of the meeting travel agency.

Good travel agency
Attentive manager Evgeny Usov, quick selection of the tour. Of the minuses, as a result, instead of a family, they received 2 numbers without a connection.
