They wanted to apologize but did nothing.
An unpleasant situation with an attempt to change the hotel upon arrival in Turkey. As a result, we were brought to the hotel that we booked, but we were not settled on the spot for a long time. The reason for this is still not known. During the rest, we were sent a message that they were ready to provide us with a free tour in compensation for moral damage.

From the pros of the sea and the beach
Even upon arrival, at the airport, we were informed that they had changed the hotel, without our knowledge. We didn't agree. We walked for an hour together with the meeting guide from the bus to the airport, found out what was going on, in the end they allowed us to be taken to Sural.

Great stay
We rested in late August-early September 2011. We were supposed to arrive at 21.00, but the flight was delayed and we arrived at the hotel after 24.00, we were invited to have dinner and after dinner we were given a room key.
