Worst hotel ever!

Turkey › Alanya › Eftalia Ocean Hotel 5*

It's been a year and a half since we visited, just visited, did NOT rest, in this hotel. And out of curiosity, I went to read the reviews in order to understand what has changed and what Coral Travel has accepted after it single-handedly blacklisted us.
