Three times it was kind of good, but the 4th time showed a true attitude towards the client
Good afternoon to all potential tourists! I want to warn everyone against contacting this travel agency (Belka-Tour on Moskovsky Prospekt near Sennaya). The organization behaved unscrupulously, tritely appropriated the prepayment that I had previously made. After signing the contract for the tour and making an advance payment, my personal circumstances changed and literally a week after signing the contract and making an advance payment I had to ask trip rescheduling manager.
