The quality of service has fallen 'below the plinth'
We used the services of the company a couple of years ago, we were very satisfied, Irina took care of us, who, unfortunately, changed her job. Our tour to Sri Lanka was excellent! We decided to use the services of the company again, our manager was Tetiana Dovhaliuk, after paying for the selected tour to Krabi, a few days later it turned out that the tour was NOT AVAILABLE (!!!!), so as not to bother with a refund, we chose from the proposed tour to Bali.
