I won't go again.
When meeting at the airport, no one helped to load the elderly woman's suitcases, although there were 5 of them. No one unloaded at the hotel - they opened it - take it away. On the way back, I asked to put my suitcase in the trunk, the driver threw it away and broke the suitcase. I have never seen more rudeness. If the travel agency responds, I may change my mind.

No one helped to drag the suitcases from the bus to the high porch, but they grabbed them around the hotel and rolled them on the floor so that they would give money. Mosquitoes.
