Advertising from this company constantly came, the tours were beautifully scheduled, we decided to take a tour in advance for the holidays, 100% prepayment. The manager did not call back to confirm, I myself called every day to find out the details of the trip (meeting point in Lviv, etc.), and each time they promised to send the details by 3 o'clock in the afternoon.
