Very dissatisfied with the services of the tour company
First time taking a package tour. Rather, as an exception, since we were traveling with our parents, and we wanted to save ourselves from additional trouble. The always friendly manager Daria did not always provide correct information, both about the hotel, the tour, and about the situation in Albania for tourists during the pandemic. Much of the information had to be sought from other sources.

Outwardly nice hotel with terrible service and low level of cleanliness
I chose the hotel as part of offers from the Farvater tour operator, which in turn cooperate with Join Up and Aler Travel (local tour operator in Albania). Regina Blu was one of the few 5* hotels offered.
