How Arabella failed to send me on vacation
There is one company that ruined my family's vacation http://vk.com/arabella.tour represented by the General Director http://vk.com/id146037072 The company has been on the market since 2009, so this is not an indicator, perhaps they stumbled only on me, or maybe this is the norm for the management of this company !!! A month ago, we allegedly booked a tour, payment of course 100%.
