I'll start from the end... If you want to take a break from Russian tourists, and indeed from Russian speech, then you are here (and it's not about the month of my vacation) By the way, I mostly try to describe the cons so that everything is honest.

Good rest
In principle, the hotel is not bad, but 5+, does not pull. Arriving there on August 20th, the construction was in full swing, but it was rather on the way to the sea. There is simply no greenery on the territory, as well as the promised sports fields.
