We booked a room for a family, arrived, and it was busy!
The impression changed for the worse after we booked a room with Olya (sort of like Larisa’s assistant) a month before, were set to rest and looked forward to arrival, got together with the family, arrived, but it turns out our room is busy and we were NOT warned about it.
