Nice room, pool, great food
The room has air conditioning, refrigerator, hair dryer, toilet and shower. there are shutters on the windows. This is very useful, because in the morning at 5 am the mosque loudly invites to prayer.

controversial impression - good staff, but do not want to come back here
We travel a lot on the territory of Ukraine, we saw various hotels, bases, hotels, sanatoriums. Phoenix is one of our most controversial places to live. The pleasant wooden appearance of the log house spoils the impression of very small cramped rooms.

We rested in Hyacinth in May 2012. Settled in a group. Rooms are in good condition. I liked the varied, tasty and nutritious menu in the cafe of the Hyacinth boarding house.

A little run down
We rested in the boarding house Crimean Primorye in May 2012. Very nice and pleasant park. The boarding house itself is not bad, but there were unpleasant moments in the organization of water supply.
