Yesterday we flew in from Sochi, rested in the "Frigate". I decided to share my experience.
Location:
walk 7 minutes to the beach, 15 minutes to the nearest stop, 10 minutes to the pump room with mineral water, an ATM next to the stop.
Rooms (we lived in a double category 1):

the room is small, the furniture is gloomy, the renovation was, but everything is somehow dull, joyless colors, with a bunch of minor breakdowns (such as a shelf in the bathroom is torn off, a handle by the closet....), beds are a separate story, uncomfortable mattresses, pillows are generally not huge it’s clear what they are stuffed with, bed linen is strong, like sackcloth (so that I suspect it will last for a long time) of Soviet colors, it stuck into the skin overnight so that there were folds and dents from it. And don't think that I'm picky like I'm tough and don't like the color, I just write everything as it was and what the overall impression was. The refrigerator periodically shook in some incomprehensible convulsions. A plus in the room was a washing basin, clothespins and a normally working modern air conditioner, a fairly large balcony with a table and two plastic chairs, the view was from it to the sea. We lived on the 13th floor. Elevators often broke down, and when it was time to eat in the dining room, you had to wait constantly to go down or up. The music from the nearest cafes played very loudly until 24:00, then until 2:00 a. m. it was quieter by half, so it was problematic to fall asleep with an open balcony.
Nutrition:
We paid for breakfast and dinner from a custom menu. All the food was bland, tasteless and small portions. For the first two days, there was no menu for us, we were fed on-duty dishes, which are more (“you just arrived, ” was the answer to us), several times it turned out that we chose and marked on the menu what we wanted to get tomorrow from the proposed choice, and tomorrow it turned out that our the choice is stupidly crossed out (like “there is no this dish”) and they again gave out regular dishes, a couple of times they simply ordered the wrong thing (like “the kitchen did not give enough”). In general, we ate what they give
A small example: they chose a vegetable salad, brought two slices of tomato + three circles of cucumber + a piece of three parsley leaves and a quarter of a teaspoon of sour cream, lying lonely on the sidelines, for whom this masterpiece is intended is unclear, probably for a baby of 3 years old.
All servings were precisely from a few translucent pieces of food.
They gave us the usual dish lobio, according to my observations, almost none of the vacationers ate it, but it was given three times in 10 days. In a brown mass of bean puree and flour, lumps and pieces of seven beans floated.
If you are late for a few minutes, then in the morning you will be left without porridge True, every day they gave pastries and one piece of fruit. Sugar lay in ice cream bowls and everyone climbed into it with their spoons, and people ate there in a large number, given that they went in two shifts, there was not enough space to feed everyone at once. 10 minutes after the start of the meal, dish collectors began to walk around and right in front of your nose they collected plates and sorted waste, probably so that vacationers would not stay too long I was pleased with the announcement on the dining room door that it is strictly forbidden to take food out of the dining room

Free water is always available in the lobby on the first floor. And free mineral water in the pump room on the territory of Adlerkurort, only it is advisable to bring the container with you, since a plastic cup will be sold to you for 3 rubles.
Beach:
It is located not far from the building, clean, garbage is removed daily, but there were always a lot of people there, since there is not much space due to the limitation of railway tracks. Sunbeds and umbrellas are paid. You can lie down for free in aeraria and a similar place, only without a roof. The beach closed at 20.00, i. е. Sitting by the sea in the evening is problematic.
They saw the pool, but did not go to it, as there were people there that there was nowhere for an apple to fall.
Entertainment:
A bunch of posters hung daily - karaoke, a youth party....There was one fiction for verification. I saw karaoke once all the time, in a dark corner in front of the entrance to the dining room there was a small TV and the child was quietly mumbling something “about the clouds, white-maned horses”, and his parents looked around in embarrassment at the people leaving the dining room. That is, an unorganized event that happened spontaneously, and even in the wrong place. The same story was with the "youth party", at the place indicated in the poster, we saw a sitting uncle ONE! which turned on the music in the back of the Dolphin building, in the dark, without light music, one lamp burned in the distance, without organizing this event, on a tiny platform, at the entrance to the rear exit from the building. For the sake of interest, I walked past all the days of these events, the picture did not change. Once there was an ensemble of northern peoples, with paid tickets, we listened to the Chukchi hums and drumming in our room for 3 hours, once two artists came for free with vulgar humor, left 10 minutes after the start of the performance and once there was a concert of operetta artists for a fee .
But there were many performances for children, and cartoons were often shown in the cinema hall, most of them for a fee! There was much more entertainment for children

There was only one tennis table in the stuffy lobby of the building, it was always busy! There were also three tables for chess-checkers.
There are many cafe-bars in the area, we basically spent the evenings in them so as not to sit in the room, since you can’t go to the beach and the coast, everything is closed, and you quickly got tired of walking along the stalls. Although the territory near the "Adlerkurort" is quite large, it is boring in the evening. There is a children's amusement park on the territory, but parents need to have a big wallet , since a ride together, for example, on a Ferris wheel costs 300 rubles..... Prices in nearby cafes, bars, restaurants are relatively high, but you can find a decent place with optimal rates.
Excursions could be ordered from the manager next to the dining room, the choice of excursions is not too diverse (we were in Sochi 5 times, which is probably why it seemed to us, because we have already been everywhere and we know where and where you can go), but a big plus is that transport takes on excursions near the building and only people from the Adlerkurort, and not from the entire coast.
In general, we got more minuses than pluses and we are not drawn to more rest in "sovdepovskie" boarding houses.
Forgot about the transfer:
They don’t have it, the travel agency gave us a phone number received from the “frigate” so that we ourselves would call the driver in advance, which we did, agreed, but our plane was delayed for 40 minutes, they flew in, but no one meets us, let me call , to find out why this is and how long to wait, I heard a cheerful answer: “catch a car at the airport and get there yourself, the driver got stuck in a traffic jam and will not come for you! ” If they knew about traffic jams, although there were none when we were driving, why didn’t they calculate the time then in general, and then everything “thank God” happened. It was the administrator from Frigate who recommended the driver.
