I want to write right away that in general I liked the rest, despite a decent number of comments that will be outlined below and I will recommend this place to couples. Because I have never written reviews, I will do it as best I can, so do not judge strictly. Cons will be intertwined with pluses, etc.

I learned about the private hotel "Kiparis" on the Kuban forum (I do not indicate the address, so as not to be considered an advertisement) and went to the site to read the details. In the first approximation, I liked everything: a cozy room, a beautiful beach, etc. And after a relatively short deliberation, it was decided to try out this hotel.

Having called the indicated phone number, it was found out that the office in Krasnodar, where 10% of the cost of living should be paid (in fact, this is a room reservation) is located in a very inconvenient place: st. Khimzavodskaya, 5a. In general, after a half-hour wandering around Khimzavodskaya and the help of a local resident in the face of an old woman, the main direction of the search was found. It was an industrial base. Moreover, there are no hints that somewhere here you can order a ticket to the Black Sea coast : ) I had to call again until the consultant girl saw me through the window and told me where to look for her : )

The office, if you can call it that, is a tiny little room where, in fact, the girl was sitting. She told all the details of the holiday, which turned out to be 90 percent true : )

True, she scared me that I would have to give my passport as a deposit during check-in at the hotel, and they would not give me any receipt, I was a little upset. I had to search the Internet and find the relevant provisions, which say that it is forbidden to take a passport as a pledge. Well, in general, okay, I digress from the main topic : )

So we arrived in Betta right away at the final one, where tickets for the return trip were immediately purchased. Next is the first minus that I want to talk about. When paying 10% of the cost of living in Krasnodar, the consultant told us, they say, "when you arrive at the place, call such and such a phone and they will meet you. " We did just that, but instead of meeting the administrator told us (me and my friend with whom I went on vacation) that no one was going to pick us up and offered us to take a taxi and come for 50 rubles, which, in general, is inexpensive (although we this time was not found) or walk about 500 meters. In fact, I think a little more. But given the two bags, the rise of the road and the air temperature in the shade of 33 degrees - it was not very pleasant.

Then we were forced to look for a hotel at the address, since there was NO sign indicating that such a hotel exists and invites those who wish to relax. Near the next gate we were met by a man who turned out to be an administrator and took us to the hotel. By the way, there was also no sign on the gate saying that this was the Cypress Hotel. He took me to the room, and while my friend was getting used to it, I went to register. To my surprise, they didn’t ask for a passport as a pledge, but simply copied the information from them. After paying for the accommodation, Vyacheslav (administrator) told the opening hours of the dining room, as well as the cost.

Now another minus: nowhere inside the hotel there is a dining room schedule, you need to remember this : ) The principle of the dining room is simple. Breakfast - buffet, included in the price. During breakfast, the senior in the dining room (Galina) comes up and asks if you will have lunch or not, because. everything is prepared from fresh products for a certain number of people. A full portion costs 300 rubles, the food is very high quality, tasty and varied. Not everyone will be able to master the full portion, and after a friend left half of the portion not eaten after the first dinner, Galina said that you can order half a serving. We, like normal people, thought that half a serving should cost half of a full one, but that was not the case. Half a portion of lunch costs 170 instead of 150 rubles and dinner instead of 100 rubles. 120 (full dinner costs 200 rubles). It will not decrease from us, but we must warn or, again, hang up the price list. By the way, there is also no menu for every day, although if you ask, Galina will tell you everything. The schedule for breakfast and dinner is not very good. Breakfast from 8:30 to 10 o'clock. My preference at 8:30 is already at sea, because while you eat, it's already 9 o'clock, come to the sea, taking into account the preparations - 9:30, and only 1 hour remains until 10:30, then the sun is no longer safe. Dinner from 18:00 to 19:00 is also not very convenient; you need to return from the beach, have dinner, return again on a full stomach to the beach... An alternative is to order dinner from the bar menu. The menu is not bad, they themselves recommend barbecue on the bone in some kind of “special” marinade and smoked pelengas. Tried both, it's really delicious. I would especially like to note the friendliness of the staff, everyone is smiling, wishing you bon appetit, in general, I liked it, well done.

Number. The first impression, the room is normal, you can live: TV, refrigerator, window air conditioner, bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, curtains. True, the curtains and the bedspread on the bed are made of the same material : ) Almost immediately it turned out that the wall clock did not work. Pulling out and reinserting the battery, managed to run them for a few hours, then they got up again. Inserting their battery from the camera, they again went, but not for long. Apparently such hours. Another minus that I found (I'm generally very picky : ) ) was the dust in the air conditioner, which had not been wiped, probably since the day the air conditioner was installed. An unpleasant sight, and all this dust goes into the room. The TV does not cause any complaints, except that there are few channels, only 8, there is no TNT, NTV, SPORT, and it is located quite high, lying down is not very comfortable to watch (at least for me).

Room cleaning 1 time in 3 days, not enough, to be honest. Beer bottles accumulate and lie in the toilet next to the trash can. Upon arrival in the bathroom there was soap and 2 disposable shampoos. I assumed that they would be added as they were used up, but I was deeply mistaken. Having spent them on the first day, we never saw them again. The situation is the same with toilet paper, however, when we asked for it, we were immediately provided with it. Yes, there are 4 towels in the bathroom, 2 for each occupant, but there is no additional hook to hang your clothes off. By the way, in our room (7), I don’t know, maybe in the others, it’s impossible to hang the shower, you have to hold it in one hand. Since we are talking about the bathroom, I will say that out of the 6 days that we rested in the Cypress, the last 4 days the water was turned off. Maybe it does not depend on the owners of the hotel, but it is still not pleasant, returning from the sea, to find that there is nothing to wash off the sea salt from the body.

Room. It seemed to me small for a double room, but it's probably just nitpicking. Lighting near the door is not enough, there is only one lamp in the center of the room.

Sea. Located 15 minutes from the hotel if you walk along a long road through the malls, where they sell all sorts of souvenirs, clothes, beach accessories, as well as drinks and snacks, and 7-10 minutes if you go down the open slope (most people do) . Clean, especially in the morning : ), by 11 o'clock the water is already cloudy, but overall it's good. On the beach you can rent sun loungers, 150 rubles. per day or an umbrella, it seems 50 rubles. As usual, sellers of “young hot corn”, “sweet tubes with condensed milk”, and, of course, churchkhella hang out along the shore : ) Right on the beach you can buy ice cream, beer, in general, most of them did nothing but drink beer, and regardless of time days. Two people from African countries walk along the beach, funny ones, one with a bamboo stick and dressed like an Indian. They walk and shout with the accent "Tumba-yumba", "Hakuna-matata". Possible options are “Tumba-yumba for memory” or “Poto, potto for memory”. Who did not understand, the word "poto" is the Russian "photo" : )

The nearest grocery store, Gamma, is a 2-minute walk from the hotel.

I didn’t find any special entertainment in Betta, however, I didn’t look for it much. There are enough cafes on the seashore, I can’t rate the quality of food and service. Entertainment in the hotel itself is electronic darts and karaoke. The electronic nature of darts lies in the automatic scoring. I tried karaoke for the first time in my life, but, in my opinion, no matter how you sing, the result is always either "You sing great" or "You sing very well. "

In general, I liked the rest, I recommend it.
