After reading the positive reviews about the rest in the blue bay, there was a desire to relax there. I found housing on the Internet, phoned and went with my wife and two children to my daughter - 10 years old, son - 2.7.
I know the road to Krasnodar, 2 times before that I went to the sea by car from Ryazan towards Sochi. Last trip 3 years ago. During this time, little has changed with the track, although in the Voronezh region it has become two-lane and of good quality almost everywhere. As soon as we drove into Rostovskaya, few people managed to overtake for 200 km, and not because everyone was driving fast, but rather, on the contrary, they were standing more often! Either the truck does not go uphill, then they stand in the “ass kissed”, then the combines of 20 pieces are closed all the way, and even impudent Muscovites began to be afraid to cross the continuous road with the introduction of new rules. To my happiness, the children tolerate the road well, whims, of course, were not without it. With grief in half, we reached Rostov and moved to the village of Kushchevskaya, 1000 km from the house, where, as before, we spent the night in an inexpensive hotel and drove on in the morning. Managed to go through Dzhubga! There are continuous traffic jams in the mountains, like on the Moscow Ring Road! So you need to go to Gelendzhik through Novorossiysk, we understood this on the way back. The road is less busy, you can easily overtake a truck.
We didn't find the Blue Bay right away. After Gelendzhik, we turned towards the airport, as we were recommended. But out of ignorance, they ended up on a thin cape, returned and ended up in a bay. We found our street and house. The hosts were very hospitable, good people. We liked the accommodation, in the room there is a toilet, shower, TV, air conditioning. Kitchen for 2 families. The courtyard is well maintained, the flower beds are lovely! The car was parked in the yard.
After resting, we went to the sea. We went to the rocky beach first. My wife had a desire to go to another place, because. it is problematic to go into the sea with children, huge boulders overgrown with moss are very slippery, he himself fell twice while he went to the waist. But bathing ten people! About two hundred meters to the right we saw a crowded beach and went there. Well, here the beach is pebbly and you can swim with children without any problems. True, a free place in good weather should be tried to find. I have not seen this in Lazarevsky. The sea is clear in calm weather. Probably cleaner than in the Gelendzhik Bay. But even with a small wave, the sea here turns into a garbage dump. What is not swimming here! Women's pads, bags, plates, plastic glasses and bottles, condoms - this is not all that can be found in the Blue Bay. It seems that all Gelenzhik garbage from the bay has sailed here!
But we were even more shocked by the road to the sea, if it can be called a road. Promised 5 minutes to the sea, this is if you are a trained runner and then it is unlikely. But that's not the point. The son had to be carried, because. it was impossible to carry in a wheelchair, especially when approaching the sea, along a bumpy, hollowed out, once asphalt road, it was impossible, the wheel fell off. But right here, my aunt has been selling churchkhela all day long, and with her obsessive offers she gets mad, it would be better if she repaired the road! I don’t recommend looking at the sides of the road at all, especially after eating... you will feel sick. It seems that no one here knows about garbage containers! Garbage all around! Stink! There were many places on the Black Sea coast, but this was the first time we saw such a mess.
Probably not without reason, we all got sick here with a temperature of under 39. The infection found not only us. All the neighbors have gone through the disease, some have an eye, some have a throat or an ear, some have vomiting and diarrhea! But cottages are growing in this village like mushrooms. Probably, despite such "comfort", the demand for the "Blue Bay" is not falling. And the local administration does not care about the vacationers, because the devil take them go!!!
I don't want to end on a sad note. The city of Gelendzhik itself is very beautiful and clean. And the embankment is simply a masterpiece. There is no such embankment even in Sochi. Three evenings went for a walk on it all and did not pass. Cafes and restaurants are good here. Prices if not chic affordable. Here, on the embankment of Gelendzhik, I celebrated my 35th birthday, which I will remember for a long time!
