We came to Kazan and stayed in Safar with my husband and daughter. We chose a triple room, settled without problems and quickly, the room is good, there is nothing to complain about. As a result, after a long check-in time, we tired go into our room and bliiiiin... no hair dryer, no shampoo, the blankets are narrow, half the body cannot be covered. In the morning we went to the breakfast buffet. Cold tea and coffee, waiters like sleepy flies . . as a result, we spent three days there instead of a week and moved out to a crazy hair dryer. Kazan, clean up this hotel!
