Ski complex Kazan. Today we returned from GSOK KAZAN. Prices are not low, and there is no service. The site did not indicate that on holidays accommodation increases in price by as much as 1.5 times. It was also not stated that the fireplace could not actually be stoked. The administrator claimed that on the site it was written about non-working - decorative - fireplaces.

Today we returned from GSOK KAZAN.
Prices are not low, and there is no service.
The site did not indicate that on holidays accommodation increases in price by as much as 1.5 times. It was also not stated that the fireplace could not actually be stoked. The administrator claimed that on the site it was written about non-working - decorative - fireplaces. There was not... , although after our scandal, clarifications appeared.
The leadership does not want to resolve disagreements at all, referring to the fact that they are a "political object" and put ultimatums - either we play by their rules, or we fail !!!!!
After a half-hour scandal, they agreed to accommodate us at the price indicated on the website (1.5 times less than what we were told)
The cottage has 2 bedrooms and a living room. The beds in the bedrooms are made. In the living room there is a sofa with 4 large pillows and 2 small ones (35 * 35) made of fabric, the same as the upholstery (that is, not intended for sleeping, but rather decorative) - they brought us a fleece blanket and bed linen . . no normal blanket, no pillows . Later, all this was brought, but only at our request. (The commandant was very understanding and friendly)
The bathrobes promised on the site in the sauna are not and never were!
The towels were not changed and the house was not cleaned. They brought a broom for cleaning, but, again, only at our request, while growling that they are not allowed to bathe with brooms in the sauna...
Here is such a "super European" service! Because I have something to compare with, let me say that the service in the GSOK is very far from the European one.
At the same time, a very beautiful area, although very windy. Very cozy houses - comfortable layout and a beautiful open veranda. The lifts are open, so you have time to freeze. 3 tracks - green, blue and red. The blue one did not work (and according to the staff, it has not been working for a long time - problems with the lift).
Our company was great! Therefore, all the troubles were smoothed out, but none of us expressed wishes to return to the Kazan Ski Complex.
