We stayed at this hotel for two nights and were satisfied. In Moscow we were told that it is 3 stars, in Thailand it goes like 4. The room was huge, all the furniture was new, they cleaned perfectly. The only complaint is that the water drained very slowly in the bath ((And yet - I don’t recommend eating in the hotel restaurants (besides breakfast) - really, it’s too expensive (at least compared to Pattaya) and not particularly tasty. Just in case: the main restaurant , where breakfast is served, it is better to dine not on the menu, but take a buffet (this can be done before 14.00 or until 14.30, I don’t remember exactly). It will cost 410 baht per person.

And so - very friendly staff, did not notice that the Russians were treated badly, on the contrary, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly attitude towards our tourists not only in this hotel, but in Thailand in general.

Nice pool on the 11th floor, in the evening, by the way, there is live music. It is quite easy to get to large shopping centers from the hotel.
As for excursions, we took an evening river cruise with dinner (various buffet, food both Thai and European) and the Royal Palace plus the Temple of the Emerald Buddha. There was also a free tour to the Marble Temple, by the way, it is very beautiful. I liked everything, especially the way the trips were organized by the host - Destination paradise.
