I had a deluxe room, which, in principle, is practically no different from the standard. My apartment was quite comfortable, clean and tidy. The hotel staff cleans every day. And if you leave a tip for them, then they won’t carry you in your arms at all, and the rest is any whims. By the way, the furniture in the room is comfortable, all new, nothing creaked or fell off. From household appliances there is everything you need: air conditioning, refrigerator, TV with DVD player. Even Wi-Fi is available. The pier is a ten minute walk from the hotel. From there you can take a boat to other islands. The beach is also about ten minutes, but not on foot, but by tuk-tuk. Breakfasts at Amari Nova Platinum Hotel are pretty decent. The room also has a minibar. The hotel has a swimming pool and a SPA center. And what is very convenient is the presence of a laundry. . In general, I liked it! As from the very beginning of booking the tour, everything went like clockwork, so wonderful and continued until the very end of the holiday.

We rested with a friend in Thailand for the first time, so we flew here to see the sights, and not wallow on the beach or run around the bars, as they say everywhere, the country is very beautiful, there are a lot of interesting things to see. All vacationers here are treated equally well. We didn't see any insects here. There is no theft in the hotel either, so there is nothing to compose, and if it comes to that, use the safe!! ! We did a Thai massage course, it's a thrill, by the way, don't forget to bargain, in some places the price is reduced very quickly))). If something does not suit you, you can tell the reception once and everything will be fixed right there . . The rest flew by pretty quickly. There was a lot to see on the tours. In general, the impression of the hotel is positive.

Pros:
1. Convenient location: walking distance to the pier, Walking Street, 10 BAT tuk-tuk to Jomtien and Central Festival.
2. Good breakfasts.
3. The pool and the territory of the hotel are clean and good, although small.
Minuses:
1. In the main building, where the reception is old, shabby furniture. The door to the toilet did not close and was kept only on the top hinge. The air conditioner runs regularly. There was no balcony.
2. My friends' room smelled like sewage, they were forced to change the room to another building, where the rooms are more expensive and larger. Surcharge for 2 weeks was approx. 6500 BAT. Friends were satisfied with the other number.
3. The contingent of the hotel is mostly Arabs, Indians, and other single men. In the evening they bring prostitutes to their rooms. In the morning they went down for breakfast. I'm not a hypocrite, but it was disgusting.
4. Housekeeping is poor, linen was not changed every day.
My husband and I lived in a room together, but the room had 1 bathrobe, 1 slippers, and 1 bottle of water, although 2 are required.
5. We were fined 300 BAT for a soiled foot towel upon check-out. There was a problem with this, because I didn’t want to argue, the bus was waiting for us. So be careful - towels can not get dirty.
