What is below - there is no view, we lived on the 6th floor - there was a side view of the sea. Near the hotels there are 3-4 storey houses that are rented out, and the view from the lower floors rests on them. The rooms are spacious, there is even a mini kitchen with a sink and extractor hood, but there is no kettle or stove. The extra bed is very decent and an adult can sleep peacefully on it. The only thing on the site is declared the cost of 100 baht per day, and take 200 baht. The safe is free at the reception, for the loss of the key to the safe, a fine of 4500 baht. The room has air conditioning, TV, a small table and two chairs, a built-in wardrobe, a large bed. There are wicker chairs and a table on the balcony. This is the standard. Bathroom - shower cubicle, toilet bowl, sink. The only negative about the room is that there is only one towel per person. No hand towels and only one foot towel.
The rooms are cleaned the same way - whether you leave money for cleaning in the room or not.
Now about breakfast - the same thing every morning. Fried egg, sausages, ham, rice, tomatoes, cucumber, lettuce, bun, toast, jam, ketchup, pineapple or watermelon. Of the drinks - tea, coffee (it should be noted that brewed, but not of the best quality), orange juice.

There is decent quality free Wi-Fi at the reception. In some rooms above the reception finishes the signal.
You can come to the hotel with your food and even eat your own food in the so-called dining room. Nobody even says a word. We sat with a group of beers a couple of times and the staff politely smiled all sorts of things.
The guides said that you can not bring guests, but one guest was constantly with different secrets. Apparently money solves everything.
The pool is small and beautiful. But we never swam in it.
The sea is far away, but few people go to Pattaya for it. There are a lot of cafes, massage parlors, a laundress (very cheap), shops, ATMs nearby, and you can also rent a bike near the hotel.
