We lived on the third floor in a building near a large pool. The room is normal for 3 stars, everything worked, the linen was changed every day, cleaned almost every day, the staff is very friendly, especially if you greet them in Thai. They fed normally, there was no variety, they never left hungry from breakfast. The only thing missing was normal meat dishes, sausages and ham are still boring.
