Good hotel for 3 stars, a bit tired, but in general we are satisfied, the room is clean. cleaned daily without reminders. Pleasant, smiling staff. Very good, varied breakfasts, a small but clean pool, only it is not on the roof as they say in the hotel description, but on the 1st floor, the only bad thing is that it (the pool) only works until 19.

We came to Thailand for the first time... Breakfast is good for any cuisine. Near the elevator, a man in uniform saluted and said - I SERVE RUSSIA)))) Everyone smiles at you. Traded with a bang! And the massage!!!! ! this is just a miracle! ! islands are cool with sand. The shops are transported by free taxi. Any currency changes. Well, from the minuses - it stinks very much in the city and the sea is disgustingly dirty.

There was a bad sediment, upon arrival from Bangkok airport they simply did not give water, they sold a bottle of 0.5 at the price of 2 liters, they ripped off a deposit of 1000 baht for using the bar in the room, then this money was not enough at the end of the second week.

In the canteen they didn't even let me pour water into a bottle of 0.5. They squandered and took away even a piece of bread or a banana, which they wanted to take with wallpaper in order to turn over before dinner. Before leaving on excursions, they did not collect this breakfast for us, they demanded money for it 150 baht. I don't understand, because we have all the breakfasts paid for. In general, they were simply starving, everything on the street is expensive and not tasty. The food was very good on excursions, especially in Bangkok on the 77th floor of Bayok Sky. But excursions from the Anex tour are all very expensive. Some excursions were taken on the street, 2 times cheaper. In general, who is used to relaxing all-inclusive, it is very difficult. . . We spent a lot of time looking for acceptable and inexpensive food. From the rest left an unpleasant impression. I won't go there again. Having paid 30 thousand for a ticket, I spent another 20 for excursions and 10 for food. Very heavy flight 9 hours and with a delay of 2-3 hours there and back. The overweight of the luggage load of 3 kg cost my friend 1440 baht. The benevolence of Thais is not visible in any way, unless there is a material interest. Egypt was great. " And if someone suddenly called her about an excursion, she turned her BACK to us and solved her problems, and she didn’t care about our resettlement. As a result, we decided by 17 o'clock, although we arrived at the hotel at 13 o'clock, that we would spend the night in this hotel, and the next day we would move to the hotel for which I paid. In short, February 23 - the holiday was a success only in the evening, thanks to the alcohol that I took with me. I don't know how this guide is kept at work.
