We chose the hotel by star rating and by photo on the ANEX TOUR website. The hotel absolutely does not correspond to either the star rating or the photos presented on the website of the tour operator. The room has dirty light walls smeared with brown paint, the door is covered with an annual layer of dust and also smeared with paint, air conditioning and blinds are also in a huge layer of dust, water does not drain in the shower (and guests from other rooms complained about this), water flowed from under the sink.

The overhead light in the room did not work, only one table lamp had to be used. In the photo of ANEX TURA in the room (superior) there are 2 bedside tables with table lamps and two wall lamps in the room and 1 mirror. In fact, in the superior room there was 1 bedside table with one lamp and that's it !! ! There was no mirror, wall lamps too (in their place, 2 holes shone in the wall). Instead of a picture, 2 nails stuck out above the bed. The furniture is all dirty, shabby and all beaten off (it was very unpleasant to use). Upon check in the bedding was gray with a muddy yellow pillowcase and stains on the duvet cover and sheets, and very gray towels. On our claims, the hotel staff changed only bed linen and towels. The representative of ANEX TOUR was able to move us to another room only 2 days later, but the conditions practically did not differ from the previous room. Differences from the first number consisted only in the presence of a picture and the shell did not flow. The option of moving to a more expensive room was offered only after 6 days of our stay with an additional payment per day of 1200 baht (2500 rubles). The food is very poor: in order to eat at least something, you must come to the dining room no later than 8 in the morning. Arriving for breakfast forty minutes before the closing of the dining room, we could not have breakfast at all, because of the offer there was only coffee, sugar and bread. Breakfast was the same: scrambled eggs, sausages, stale sausage, bread, soup, cabbage, cucumbers, tomatoes, milk, cereal. Parents!! ! Children (especially small ones) have nothing to feed!! ! The location of the hotel is very poor. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the nearest transport (according to the reviews of our neighbors, vacationers with children, it was hard to walk).

There are 3 hotels with such names in Pattaya, which we did not know about. but with different attachments. this RIC. and we chose BEACH. The buildings are all the same. A travel agency Coral did not specify. And so we had to stay. In addition to rats, there are also healthy 5-6 cm cockroaches. they crawl around the room.

The hotel has crowds of Chinese and Indians. they are taken away by buses from 6-8 in the morning. whose drivers turn on the engine in advance and the roar of engines yells from 6 in the morning. that sleep is no longer possible. so that they are not bored, they also turn on music. Super. There are sparrows on the tables in a terrible canteen. BETTER HOTELS DO NOT CONFUSE AND DO NOT GO TO THIS NIGHTMARE!! !
