First, my husband and I were going to Dusit Thai Laguna, where our parents had a rest a few years ago. But the tour operator, for some reason, offered us Angsana, and we agreed, because. have not been abroad - which is too painful to think for a long time))). Rooms overlooking the lagoon - were all occupied, and for a small surcharge, we were offered access to the pool (then we had not yet appreciated this privilege)...
Flight. We flew with Aerosvit to Bangkok. The plane was normal, except for comfortable seats, the food was decent, but not enough (so you need to take food with you). It’s bad that they flew out at lunchtime - I didn’t want to sleep. If you fly out in the evening, then you eat - and until the end of the flight - hrrr... it’s very convenient if you take a large pillow))) to Phuket... In general, we were very tired... This is perhaps the only thing that spoiled the mood.
Phuket. We flew quickly, in a little over an hour, fed...

Russian-speaking representatives of the travel agency met us at the airport, handed out SIM cards of a local operator (cheap calls home) and put us on a minibus and took us to the hotel. Arrived quickly. . .
The hotel immediately made us very happy with the appearance and the vast territory.
At the reception, however, there was some delay in settling, and we, at 30 degrees. heat - with warm tracksuits))). But, we quickly sat down on the Thais in broken English, and after 5 minutes. went to the room (luggage - next), having drunk cool lilac tea before that and smoking))
The room is great, has everything you need to relax. Refrigerator, air conditioning, mini bar, TV with one Russian channel, a huge bed with a bed made of clouds, a kettle, a telephone (even in the toilet), internet, an iron, a safe, a lot of towels, all soap (you don’t need to take anything with you) - updated every day, shower, bathroom, and most importantly - YOUR balcony and access to the pool - a real buzz!! ! Cleaning - every day (without our presence), plus - in the evening, when they came after dinner, they found various pleasant gifts on the bed - either a soft toy, then a handkerchief, then a keychain and, of course, lit aroma candles (very cool). In the room - you can leave everything, even money (for all the time not a penny was lost! ). But we still hid the documents in a safe. For all the time - 2 shortcomings: one night, uneducated Chinese screamed behind the wall, and 2 large cockroaches - one in the bathroom (was killed), the second was crawling near the pool (was expelled).
The territory is immersed in greenery, fragrant flowers. A lagoon winds around the hotel (on which free boats float and carry tourists to ride or on the territory of other hotels) and a huge pool.

The beach at the hotel is its own (with free towels and sunbeds), very clean (because due to the cost of rest, ours do not go, and most are Germans and Japs (very decently behaved). On the beach you can dine with fresh fruit cocktails ) very tasty, but expensive. The sea is warm, but not very transparent (not impressed). On the territory of the hotel and the beach - Lakki (elephant) walks and with pleasure earns money and fruits for the opportunity to take a picture. By the way, it's also free.
Nutrition. Unfortunately, the price included only breakfasts, but WHAT..... Buffets))) burst from the number of goodies (I want to highlight pancakes....eh) - these are not breakfasts, but super complex dinners, I would say! ! ! DELIGHT!!!!
We dined either on excursions (for food - no complaints) or, if we stayed at the hotel, on the beach with fruit.
Dinner, at the reception, we were offered to go to a restaurant belonging to the hotel... Hmm... yes, out of ignorance, of course we went there, but for the first and last time... Why? 1. Very expensive (no fancy seafood dinner + champagne = 500 bucks). 2. seafood - not live, conclusion - after cooking they became a bit dry.
After such a trip, a girl from the Sayama travel agency, who met with us on the second day, offering a bunch of excursions, told us about the Lotus cafe. To get to it, having previously booked a table at the reception, you can either take five minutes along the beach or use free transport - a tuk-tuk (who doesn’t know - a small open cheerful truck))) to go a little longer than to go, so we walked along the beach all the time.
In Lotus - always packed (despite the myriad of eateries). Why? ))) 1. Seafood - live and swim in aquas (you come, choose, and then - enjoy))2. Live music (somehow they even sang in Russian). 3. Good service. 4. Very reasonable prices for everything. And in general - just a great atmosphere of the institution. Dinner - only there!!!
Excursions. Be sure to go to Fantasi (elephant theater), rafting (a sea of u200bu200bpleasures), on about. Similan + snorkeling (mini Maldives), you can ride elephants in the park, which is a five-minute walk from the hotel. I advise a free sightseeing tour (aimed more at buying souvenirs and fruits), but not bad, especially if you are in Thailand for the first time.
Separately about massage. Excellent, but very expensive. You can try, at least for an hour. Keep within min 200 bucks for two).

Tip: you need to go at least 2 weeks. And then only the flight will be remembered)))
Have a good rest!! !
