Serene Resort 3*
We stayed at the beginning of March 2008.

The hotel is fully consistent with its 3 *. A small territory, two swimming pools (one up to 1 m for children, the second up to 1.8 m, you can swim at night. Four 4-storey buildings, friendly staff, daily cleaning in the room and change of linen.

To Kata beach 4 min walk (360 steps), to Kata Noi beach - about 15-20 min walk. The latter is distinguished by a small number of vacationers, beauty and comfort. But going uphill and then downhill is quite tiring. At the entrance to the beach there is a sign - Nice & Quiet, which is fully consistent with the content.
Breakfast at the hotel is a typical no frills buffet. Menu: fruits, yogurts, toast, pancakes, scrambled eggs, juices, sausages, ham, bacon, soup, salads, rice, stir-fries, etc. Regular European food with a touch of Thai cuisine, not spicy.
A massage parlour, and taxi service are available on site..

In the hotel restaurant in the evenings there is live music and occasional theatrical performances - an Elvis evening for example.
The room (36 sq. m. , superior) has two large beds pushed together and an extra bed standing separately. Air conditioning, refrigerator, safe, TV, bathroom, balcony, etc. All rooms overlook the central courtyard with pools. Room cleaning daily in the morning.

The hotel offers free use of computers (no CD/DVD/FDD, USB available) located near the reception. Internet access for money.

There are not many Russians in the hotel, mostly Germans and Scandinavians.
At the reception, free literature (including in Russian) about Thailand, etc.

The hotel is quite satisfied. A good quality piece for a reasonable price
