The second time in Thailand, after last year's holiday on Koh Chang, we decided to visit Phuket, and did not regret it. The hotel was chosen based on reviews primarily because of its excellent location between the beaches of Kata and Kata-noi; there is snorkeling on Kata Beach!! ! (exactly at the southern edge of the beach, which is 3 minutes walk), even better than Phi Phi! and on Kata Noi there is an excellent sparsely populated beach just for swimming, within walking distance (15 min) from the hotel. The hotel has room 6410 in the 6th building with a sea view exactly as in the advertisement on Booking - SUPER! , and this fully compensates for the difficulties of climbing): to the 4th floor. Yes, as stated in the reviews. there is construction going on behind the 4th and 6th buildings, and at first we even wanted to exchange for the 2nd or 5th building, but after the first night we were convinced that the construction site was almost inaudible. especially since during the day they were practically not in the room (only for this reason the rating for accommodation is 5-). The service and maintenance at the hotel is just excellent, a small surprise was a deposit of $ 100 upon check-in, which for some reason ANEX did not warn about (and I did not see it anywhere in the reviews), and my wife noticed that towels had not been replaced a couple of times, so also 5-. There are no complaints about the food, only advice - if you don’t want to wait until the tables are vacated and cleared, go for breakfast either before 9-00 or after 10-30 (the restaurant is open from 6-30 to 11-30). In general, in all price-quality parameters, this hotel is a solid 4 * superior to all others in Kata, except, of course, Kata Beach Resort Spa5 *. Special thanks to the guides Anex-Tour and the hotel guide Olga. Perfectly decorated the hotel for Christmas and New Year, well done! Minus one - good, but not enough, you have to come to the island for 3-4 weeks! Excursions were taken to Anex only 1-day on Pi-Pi (not bad) and sightseeing in Treasure Island (a point across the road from the hotel) - very good. We dined all over Katya, we recommend Katamama and KataSeafood, through which we pass to the beach, only advice - be sure to check receipts everywhere, both in cafes and in stores (even at 7-11 they managed to break through the third product for 27 baht by 2 toothpastes ! ). But these little things do not affect the main thing - a great vacation in an excellent hotel on a paradise island!
