I chose a hotel for a long time, read reviews and chose, unfortunately, VERY unsuccessfully. In Phuket for the third time we lived in different hotels, but this was the first time we got there. I'll start from the beginning. 15 families came to the hotel from Pegasus, and of course they arrived before 14.00, not a single room was ready, it took 3.5 hours to walk. The room, as they said in the tour agency, is large, but the furniture is very battered, but like everything else. I will say more in wooden furniture there were bugs that ate it, from which heaps of sawdust appeared. The chair seat is stained. Bed linen is generally clean, but old and with holes. Beach towels, as luck would have it, were clean, but sometimes stained with holes. A "light" damp smell was also present in the room. The toilet with a shower sometimes stank. The air conditioner, like all the equipment, is old and well lived, with a broken remote control. Windows, doors, wooden, no seals, etc. in general, the cracks, the wooden partition in the room did not close, as it had been broken for a long time. The plastic furniture on the balcony is all painted and in some spots. The initial impression of cleanliness was dispelled as soon as you look closely. Dust and dirt in the corners. Cleaned up just as badly, prominent places will be removed, and then the grass will not grow. Yes, after repeated claims made by the administration.
The territory of the hotel is good but like everything in this hotel without decent care. Of the three pools, only one could swim. Two were with VERY dirty green water.
