Не отель, а головная боль. Not a hotel, but a headache.

I travel a lot, I have seen different hotels, excellent, good and not so good, but I have never seen such an ugly and disgusting hotel anywhere else! I never write any reviews, but here just conscience does not allow to be silent!
In Thailand, we rested not for the first time, so we went to 3 stars with peace of mind, and we did not find any negative reviews about this hotel.
The rooms are hardly cleaned. When we entered the room, it was immediately clear that someone had already slept like that before us. The bed linen was frankly dirty with stains. There was a huge stain on the wall near the TV. Having addressed these problems to the reception desk, we were told OK, but the linen was never changed, and the stain was not washed off. For 10 days of our stay, the staff smiled maliciously at the sight of us, and the night before the flight handed over a bill for five thousand for a spot near the TV. We were in complete shock. There was nowhere to go, a bus to the airport was waiting for us and we had to pay a smaller amount of $ 100, but we didn’t have more, they agreed. In general, Russians are treated like cash cows.

The beach to which they write 50 meters is really 10 times more.
