We rested in Thailand for the first time, the hotel was chosen carefully and did not fail... the hotel is gorgeous! I have never seen such beauty anywhere, although I have been in many countries. Orchid garden, 5 swimming pools, pool bar, children's pool with ladders through which water flows. The territory is large, go to the sea 3 minutes.

We didn’t take sunbeds on the sea, it was hot, we went straight from the pool to swim in the sea. The sea in March is just perfect, nothing to complain about. The hotel was cleaned every day, changed towels and towels for the beach, gave water, there were absolutely no problems with the service. Everything is beautiful and unobtrusive. Many write about the Russian-speaking receptionist, we did not meet him, but there were no problems. The second key to the room was given without any problems, the lunch box for the tour is good. They checked into the room at 10:00, they didn’t take money, although they check in at 15:00, for which we are extremely grateful to the hotel staff, after a night of redistribution with a small child, this was by the way. Before settling, we were taken to the VIP lounge, given tea, coffee, Fruits, sandwiches. Very worthy. Breakfast is normal. The variety is not huge, but not boring, there are a lot of hot dishes, there are soups for breakfast.
The massage at the hotel is good, but there is nothing to compare with, we only went to the hotel. When leaving the hotel, the left is full of cafes and shops, the most delicious food is a little further away, where there are 4 cafes in a row with seafood. There is always a lot of time and sometimes you have to wait to sit down. Market 7 min drive from hotel, Patong 15 min drive.
Bottom line: if for the first time in Thailand and with children, choose this hotel, you will not regret it.

Rested this year in spring break with 2 children. A hotel for a quiet holiday (which is what we were striving for). Indeed, this is a garden hotel. There are many plants, everything around blooms and pleases the eye. Many birds - they are quite impudent there - wake up with their singing, fly to the balconies, to the tables on the veranda of the canteen (restaurant).

Rested this year in spring break with 2 children. A hotel for a quiet holiday (which is what we were striving for). Indeed, this is a garden hotel. There are many plants, everything around blooms and pleases the eye. Many birds - they are quite impudent there - wake up with their singing, fly to the balconies, to the tables on the veranda of the canteen (restaurant). Some birds are taken out and hung in cages. At night, in artificial mini-reservoirs, frogs sang to different voices - loudly, cheerfully. The children and I could not resist - we went to look at them and take pictures - we found 4 species. In this hotel it is nice to feel the relationship with nature, while remaining in comfort. And yes, in addition to birds, rabbits dart around the territory, some very important white Thai chickens - they always sleep in the same place right on the path from the building to the hotel. Feeling of complete harmony. The children are happy and say that it was the best vacation, despite the lack of children's parties and animation, a chocolate fountain and other joys in the all inclusive style. Karon Beach - just gorgeous - gorgeous (the best! ) sea. Worth the trip just for him! For comparison, there is a Hilton nearby - it is more sparkling and well-trained, but more standard and the territory cannot be compared. this is a Thai hotel with a national flavor.
Of the minuses - a rather weak choice of dishes for breakfast (but our family had enough), the staff is very friendly, but a couple of times they forgot to report the towels, which was corrected rather quickly and with apologies. We sometimes left a small tea - because children lived in one of the rooms and messed around a little more than adults do. For which we in both rooms were cleaned a little more carefully and the beds were beautifully made.
In terms of food and massage, it's better to do all this, as always in Thailand, outside the hotel - it's tasty, cheaper and more national and cozy than in a hotel.
Despite the minor drawbacks, I will be happy to return to this hotel again!

Since we really liked the country itself, the beach, the sea and the people, we tried desperately to ignore the washed-out gray stained bed linen, the weakly working drain in the shower, the air conditioner that independently changed the mode of cooling the room (which was very disturbing, especially at night). They didn't pay attention to the blue beach towels with white stains, obviously from bleach, and that the rooms were cleaned extremely superficially.
We decided to leave more tips for the maid, I regularly ran to the reception with requests to fix the air conditioner and shower. As a result, the shower was repaired, the master explained on his fingers that the air conditioner could not be repaired and left. We threw up our hands and began to ignore it further.
Three days before departure, we received a note in Russian, which said that the towel from our room had not been washed and could not be used in the future. The amount of the fine was 1000 baht. The next time I visited the reception, I found out that it turned out that the hotel laundry was not able to remove the light pink stain on the hair dye towel. The Russian-speaking representative of the hotel recommended to take the towel to the laundry on the street, and return it clean so as not to pay a fine. In none of the hotels where we previously spent our holidays (Turkey, Egypt, the Dominican Republic), there was no situation when a hotel guest washes a towel on his own. For us personally, it turned out to be humiliating and delusional. I got the impression that the hotel laundry saves on detergents, since the laundry outside the hotel had no problems with washing towels. When the washed towel was returned, the representative of the laundry examined it for a long time in front of us and sniffed at it. On the one hand, it was funny, on the other, even more humiliating.
The water was turned off that same evening. Completely hot and cold. In order to continue not to pay attention to this, we went for a walk. When we returned to the room, there was water.
It became difficult to ignore further when the water was turned off on our last evening at the hotel. In the morning we had to leave, having returned the day before from the beach, there was no water. I went to the reception every hour, they never answered me when they turn on the water, and after a while they began to frankly avoid and pretend that they did not understand my English. Water was provided only in the morning. We left angry and annoyed. For ourselves, we decided in the future to be more attentive to the reviews of previously resting people, so as not to receive negative emotions instead of positive ones. We will not go to this hotel again.
