Recently returned from Thailand. There were 10 days in Phuket and 2 days in Bangkok, from 5 to 17 June. Amazing country! Everything is impressive - both landscapes and people! In Phuket, we lived at the Kata Beach Resort & SPA. I really liked the hotel, although (for those who are especially principled) it should be noted that the rooms require a little cosmetic repairs. Since we only spent the night in the room, and spent the rest of the time on excursions or on the beach, this did not bother us at all. The room is cleaned every day, towels and bed linen are also changed daily. The staff is very friendly, everyone is always smiling!
The excursions are wonderful! The beauty all around is breathtaking! And the organization of excursions is very good, their price includes lunch, drinks and fruits throughout the day. We also had a free sightseeing tour of Phuket from a tour operator - visiting the Wat Chalong temple, a snake farm, a colorful fruit market. In addition to excursions, we took a taxi and drove around the island - to the zoo, to observation platforms, to the National Reserve and to the elephant farm. We just love Phuket!
The hotel in Bangkok was the Prince Palace. Didn't like the hotel. More precisely - the room and our entire floor (I did not look at other floors with numbers). There was an unpleasant smell both in the room and on the floor (later we were told that there were 3 floors for smokers). Because of this "aroma" my head hurt and it was hard to fall asleep. Yes, and the room was some kind of shabby, we were a little upset after Kata Beach. In general, the 11th floor (reception) is very nice and the floor of the hotel restaurant was also normal. It's good that we were there only 2 nights (and then on the 2nd night we left at 1.30). And we spent the whole day on excursions - in the Royal Palace, at the jewelry factory, in the Safari Park (super! ) and the aquarium.

In general, I want to say - Thailand is really a fairy tale! We will definitely return there!
