Hello! My husband and I rested in this hotel for 3 years in a row - in previous years we liked everything very much, we were satisfied with everything, we didn’t even want to experiment with other hotels. . . But this year the hotel has disappointed, in general, like Phuket in general. . . Even in the low season (August), the hotel was completely full, and hence all the ensuing consequences. . . Crowds of people at breakfast at 9 am - it was not possible to find a free table immediately, sunbeds at the hotel (those closer to the sea) also had to be occupied at 8 am this year - later there were only free places in the open sun near the pool. This year there were a lot of Russians, or rather Ukrainians (about 50%), who behave like kings, to whom everyone owes everything, and in past years, my husband and I were practically the only Russians. It was almost impossible to swim near the hotel - the waves were huge (less, of course, than on Karon Beach, but also hoo), I had to walk for 20 minutes to the opposite end of the beach to swim in the calm ocean. We were more or less lucky with the weather: out of 14 days, only 3 were cloudy and rainy. . . My advice: if you have chosen this hotel for a holiday, then do not save money and take only a Deluxe room with access to the sea, because the usual Superior has all the windows facing either the wall of the neighboring building or the road, this will spoil the impression of healthy hotel. In general, this year Phuket began to resemble our Sochi: in previous years it was a fairy tale with hospitable residents and stunning nature, and this year there is a lot of garbage on the beaches, prices are generally sky-high and biased, locals, like in Turkey, are already starting to try to speak in Russian like "Come on, come on", "Come on - buy", etc. and they are already reluctant to bargain, they know that they will buy everything from them at exorbitant prices anyway! Very, very sorry! Such a paradise is being polluted! Now I'll have to look for a new PARADISE!! ! I wish you all a pleasant stay!
