The second time we were in this hotel, in November 2016 and a year later. As for me, the hotel corresponds to the concept of "good tropical hotel". Over the year, by the way, it has changed a little, and for the better, they have made repairs to the common areas on the 1st floor, as it has become more fun. The breakfast is good, it doesn't get boring after 2 weeks. We did not take suppers, we preferred to wander around the city, a large selection of cafes.
The staff, in principle, is friendly, ready to help, the daughter scratched her knee, they gave the local "iodine" at the reception (then they bought everything themselves). During the season - sunbeds on site should be borrowed early. The manager (Glenn? ) during breakfast sometimes went out to talk with the people, to find out the opinions of the guests, the contact.
I didn’t see ants in two of my rooms, we didn’t have cockroaches, although I read reviews that someone had one, but that’s a tropical hotel, I’m calm about this (unless, of course, they don’t run in crowds).

The advice on choosing a room is obvious, with sea view, although they will be more expensive. One year we lived in a room overlooking the road (the building to the right of the main one) - not noisy, but we had to draw the curtains. Will I come back again - yes (yes))). Good combination of hotel - its own territory - Kata beach.
