We chose a hotel for a long time, read reviews, wanted not very expensive and at the same time green, on the first line, with a large number of pools and water slides. Outwardly, I really liked the hotel, but after reading the reviews, we thought for a long time and still decided to stay in this hotel, believing the good reviews.
We weren't wrong. We were 9 people. Big company from different cities. We all travel a lot and have an idea of ​ ​ good and bad service and attitude towards vacationers. Everyone in the hotel is very attentive, smiling, helpful. I will not describe in detail the service at the hotel, but we, our entire large company, had no comments, and if there were any requests or questions, everything was resolved very quickly.
The territory of the hotel is very beautiful, green, well-groomed, green mowed lawns with a large number of sunbeds, which were enough for everyone, large and beautiful pools located throughout the vast territory. Very interesting inflatable water park. Completely safe for children. Throughout the territory I did not see a single flying plastic cup, cigarette butts and all that garbage that was often found in other hotels.

The food is varied and very high quality. Everything was delicious, a large selection of meat: chicken, turkey, rabbit, lamb, beef and pork. There have always been fish. Almost every day there was tuna and always some other fish. Lots of perfectly cooked vegetables, lots of fresh vegetables, and of course plenty of fruits: watermelons, melons, apricots, peaches. Sometimes they were sweet, sometimes not very sweet. But after all, this does not apply to the lack of the hotel, but we often say that the cheese is of the wrong taste, the peaches are not very sweet, the waiter does not know Russian and many other things, which does not at all characterize the work of the hotel.
Good guys animators. Before leaving home, our children tried to find everyone and take pictures with everyone as a keepsake. Participated in all activities.
And of course a very good spa. Excellent massage therapists with a good professional approach, with a good consultant doctor who is fluent in Russian. His name is Nasib. If there are any problems please contact. I've had 10 massage sessions. This is class!!!!
I really did not want to leave, the sea was warm, but there was a lot of algae that was constantly taken out, but this is not dirt. And we are again dissatisfied and again the rest failed because of this living sea. Beautiful beach with good white sand. Sometimes there is wind, waves rise and this also has its own charm. The sea is the sea.
I rarely write any reviews, but I really want you not to pay attention to bad and not quite adequate reviews. Maybe these people were just in a bad mood and irritated everything?
