She spliced (if I may say so) these hotels for me, although they were from different tour operators and sent me air tickets, because they are issued before departure, and not 2 weeks before departure, but the most it’s amazing that she called and asked if I printed out the tickets and if everything was fine with us, if we needed any help? .
I would like other managers to learn how to work with Arina.
