We went to Tunisia for the second time and were very sorry that we went to this hotel. People, don’t believe in good reviews about this hotel! All this is bullshit. . The rooms were given on the 1st floor, 3 rooms at different ends, although as a family (6 adults and a child) they asked for rooms nearby. The rooms were wildly damp, which is very bad for asthmatics and allergy sufferers.
Now about the rooms themselves: there were 3 takes. The rooms are VERY small, there is literally nowhere to stand. The wardrobes are very small, only for one person, there is practically nowhere for the second to place their things. Further BALCONY. This is something indefinite on which only one person can fit, there is not enough space for the second even on one leg. The child slept on a small ottoman under the window. The only decent thing in the room was the toilet. Clean, fresh, tidy. another floor, we were refused (even for an additional fee). We had to make a fuss, but it didn’t help. We decided to postpone this issue until a meeting with a representative of the travel agency. no stink or dampness. Now about the restaurant and food: the SES is crying for them. It’s a quiet horror, dirt is everywhere, flies gouge out their eyes. many, but there was no separate food for them. They ate the same as adults. The food was very spicy and peculiar, i. e. Tunisian and German cuisine. Sometimes they gave french fries, for which the whole hotel stood in line. . everything is spicy, smelly and spoiled. One tuna cut off in front of you and fried here on the grill could be eaten. Even boiled potatoes were wildly spicy for lunch and dinner. Salads, except for vegetables, were not even taken. yesterday and for breakfast, it was all in salads for lunch. Here, pastries and fruits were on top. Sometimes they gave ice cream, which made everyone very happy. Drinks: all powder juices, no natural ones. Nescafe instant coffee, natural coffee in a cafe for 2 dinars , but
the shit was excellent. The wine was also not very good, but the vodka and booze were pretty diluted. Our man only liked

beer, said that it was tasty and there is no such thing in St. Petersburg.
The service in general is not bad, the waiters tried from the first day, for 1 dinar they reserved the table and laid it in full. For which we are very grateful to them. I cleaned my conscience. And in the third room there was another one who was caught stealing, not only didn’t clean well, she constantly begged for dinars, at the end she got into her bag in her wallet and pulled out $ 200 (they were going to go for souvenirs). She was caught red-handed by the hand. But that's not all. The daughter in a bag always carried an inhaler with medicine and a cell phone with her. At one fine moment, there was no phone or medicine on the sunbed by the pool. Then the inhaler was thrown on the sunbed, apparently not useful. The vacationers were mostly Germans. They also say that Russian pigs, but I have not yet seen more pigs than the Germans.
the restaurant needs to see what portions they pile on themselves, you might think that they haven’t eaten for a whole year. Uneaten meat and bones are thrown under the table to cats. Where there is no fly, it’s just right for cockroaches to crawl. Europe. The only and big plus for this hotel is the water park. The children enjoyed riding the slides, the lifeguards worked perfectly. But the sea and the beach want to be the best. It remains a burn, and it’s very painful, it heals for a very long time. We took excursions to Carthage, we liked it very much. But most of all I liked the laser show, it’s something incredible, people went out in some kind of euphoria. staging in 4 languages. I advise everyone to watch. We conclude: you can go to Tunisia to relax, but this hotel is no longer a foot.
