1. we bought a ticket at the TUREXPERT travel agency in Syktyvkar, tour operators give out 4 *, but upon arrival we saw that it was 3 *, the sign hangs behind a large tree and is almost invisible !!!
2. rested for 10 days: they settled in the first room, we were horrified, the room was dirty; the toilet was dirty, the flush did not work, there was a cigarette butt lying there; water was running from the air conditioner. BUT we went to the reception, the room was immediately changed, which we were very pleased with, that we did not have to wait long!
The room was cleaned every day, certainly not perfect, there was hair on the floor; spinning swans out of towels! There is nowhere to dry towels, the architecture of the roof is incomprehensible perforated, after another downpour they could not dry the laundry, there is no basin in the elementary bathroom!
3. in the dining room: flies that sat on food, which is not very pleasant! queues are huge, impudent Arabs with their children, who behave like owners; there weren’t enough spoons, or they didn’t exist at all, you had to ask for them! from the fruits there were only melons, watermelons and grapes, there were no peaches and other fruits!
4. sea: warm, like fresh milk, BUT jellyfish, which sting worse than nettles, garbage floated from everywhere: candy wrappers, plastic bags, plastic coat hangers, children's shorts, water glasses, etc.
5. there was no children's animation, only the music was pecking near the pool and that's it....we went with the child to the children's discotheque and waited 40 minutes, but they just turned on the music and left, although the tour operator stated that there would be Russian-speaking animators!
6. The city itself is a complete garbage dump: stench, garbage, bottles, etc. are everywhere.
7. WI-FI catches very badly and then only near the reception, in the evening and at lunchtime it’s impossible to go online, as there are 50 people sitting there, more or less in the morning... leave from the airport, leave from the excursion, leave in the room...
